Internal Server Error

Hi ,
Im using the starter edition and try to upload some products via csv option and get the folowing error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, mymail@yahoo.gr and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

The log file of my server is :

[Thu Jan 27 19:55:16 2011] [error] [client my.ip.he.re] Premature end of script headers: cgi_wrapper, referer: mydomain.gr/administrator/index.php?option=com_hikashop&ctrl=import&task=show

What is that? I am new in hikashop so forgive me if this is stupid question :woohoo:

ps:I check the csv file at my wampserver and it works :S

Hi,

It's probably because of limitations imposed on your website by your hosting company. You should ask your hosting company about such restrictions. It could memory limit or execution time limit. You might be able to increase them, but again, that depends on your hosting company.
