Upload custom field was created by paulocamacho
I did try to create an upload custom field on our website and the
upload didn't seem to work... Thanks so much

The problem only occurs when the field isn't required. If you replace the file administrator/components/com_hikashop/classes/field.php by the file in the packaged enclosed, the problem should be solved.

Thanks so much I did the replace but still not working, I just upload the new file and try again , I just thinking to create the field again.

That's strange since it now works on our end for all the cases we tried.

Did you try with the required option activated ? Does it work ?

Could you make a screenshot of the options of your custom field so that we can try to reproduce the problem ?

Hi,

We fixed the problem on our end. In the end we fixed several bugs so that everything handles the file custom item fields properly and had to make modifications in several different places... We'll have to do a release for that as we can't give such extensive modifications easily.

We'll do a release ASAP.

Hi,

The new version is out. You can download it on our website and install it over your previous version. That should fix the problem.
