Payment of Orders Not Paid Immediately

Good Morning,

Rather than continue this on the other thread, I'll start a new one that is more on point.

I have just enabled the Payment of Orders Not Paid Immediately option and guess I did not fully understand its function. I thought it might allow the user to select a different payment option than originally selected when the order was first created. That would seem to be a desirable feature, particularly if the first option was to pay by check or COD and the customer decided to change to Paypal for example. Since the button provided on the customer's order list does not appear if the order is confirmed or shipped, I wouldn't think it would cause a problem.

Is there a possibility that something like that could be included in a future release?

It's indeed not possible for the user to change the payment method on his own. We put that on the todo list.
