Possible to skip payment and do E-mail order only?

Hello,

Is it possible to skip payment and do E-mail order only?

I'd like to have products in the shop but don't want to use any payment system for checkout, i'd like the order to be sent only as an E-mail.
Virtuemart has that option, but i like what i see in HikaShop and would be happy if this is possible.

To do that, you can just remove the view "payment_" from the "checkout workflow" option of the config of hikashop under the tab checkout.
