I get error message
JHTML content not supported. File not found.
It appears just above the hikashop product page. But the product is listed on that page OK
I look at the error log and see many missing files and directories,

If I try to reinstall on top from the same zip file, an error occurs and disappears off the screen before I have time to read it.
The installation is from the file com_hikashop_starter_1.4.8_2011-04-06.zip
