Product display differs on Mozilla & IE8 was created by GaryP

I have a situation where I am running Hikashop on Joomla 1.6 and I have the products coming as DIV showing the Image & description. The problem is that the first item has the wrong description, it is showing item 5's description. This is only on IE8, it shows correctly on Mozilla.

Can anyone help?

Please make sure that the HTML of your products descriptions is valid. Otherwise, IE won't be able to display correctly the page.

If the HTML is valid, then, please provide the URL of that page so that we can see the problem.

I think the easiest way for you to see the problem is to have a look at the website.

The address is www.nutrition4life.co.za

It is still under construction so you will need a username and password.

I've looked at the page www.nutrition4life.co.za/index.php/targeted-nutrition with IE8 and the first product "Tang Kuei" has the description " www.nutrition4life.co.za/index.php/targeted-nutrition ..." so it seems to be working...

You picked the only one that does work. If you check the Weight management one you will see what I am talking about.

So with that page, I just see the first product of the listing without description in IE8. The problem is not in HikaShop but in your first product description which is not HTML valid. Please make sure that the HTML of your products descriptions is valid. Otherwise, IE won't be able to display correctly the page.
In your first product description, you have a whole bunch of Word xml code which is not valid in HTML. Probably because you copy/pasted the description from Word.
