Since upgrading from 1.5.1 to 1.5.2, when on the registration page at the checkout, in the address information, the default country and state are no longer showing as per the main tax zone (United Kingdom), but as France and Rhone.
Maybe that's because you did a search and replace on INSERT IGNORE and change it to REPLACE in the helper/update.php file ?
In that file, there are queries to insert the address custom fields. If you changed them too, the fields would have been reset too. So you just need to reconfigure them int he menu Display->Custom fields.
