First Data Payment Gateway

For some reason First Data Payment Gateway is not connecting. I have followed the instructions in the documentation, with no problem, but something is not working . I am not sure the absolute path to the pem file and key is correct. I saved the recommended file per the instructions. Please help. [img]

That's not an absolute path.
An absolute path should be way longer than that in most cases.

For example, it could be something like that :
/home/my_website/public_html/some_folder/file.pem

That's probably why it doesn't work.
