UPS shipping issue

Hello~

I have the Business addition of your Hikashop that I am configuring, and have an issue I hope you can enlighten me,

I have it set up with the UPS plugin module (only option), and have added a weight of 12 oz to the product. When I go through the check out process I get an error saying:

Weight OR volume not found for the products in your cart

There is a weight added, and I have the parameters set to "Force shipping regardless of weight: YES"

Can you let me know what I might be missing here?

In your product you need to set the fields weight, width, length and height.
They are necessary for UPS shipping fees calculations.
