Cannot add to cart, configuration invalid workflow

Hi
Love the HikaShop, everything was working yesterday, add to cart function is not working (have I overlooked something? ).
Also now I'm getting the message "Checkout workflow invalid. The modification is ignored :S ), I previously had this problem and then change from firefox to ie , now it seems to be happening in ie, I have now tried it in Google Chrome ,still no change.
Any suggestion or help would be greatly appreciated....

You should try to turn off the option "Advanced checkout workflow edition" in the Checkout tab of the configuration and check that your checkout workflow is correct by following the documentation :

I believe I am following the correct procedures,I'm still getting Checkout workflow invalid, but it seems to be saving the edits in config, my main issue now is ,why when I add a product to the cart does it not add it, as there had been no issue up untill this morning.
