Zones

What exactly are the Zones under the System menu in the admin panel? Does this reflex when a customer checks out? I noticed that when I go to check out, the only options for Country are Montenegro and Serbia. I tried disabling all the countries except the USA because that's where my customer will be doing all of their business. But there are so many countries and I still haven't been able to disable all of them yet.

That's indeed all the countries and states used for addresses.

You can easily disable all the countries in a few clicks. Filter your zones to display only countries using the dropdown on the right of the page, change the pagination to display 500 elements, select all the countries with the global checkbox at the top of the listing and finally click on the unpublish button of the toolbar and all the countries will be unpublished. Then, just publish the USA and you're done.

How about doing this in Joomla 3?
I cant change pagination anymore in the zones page It shows 20 per page.

You should be able to change the pagination, I just tried on my local and it's working fine.
Maybe a parameter has been changed in Joomla regarding the pagination.
