Troubleshooting Page

I have been playing around with the free version to see how it works before purchasing the business version. Is there a Troubleshooting Page with a list of FAQ. I am trying to show a category then place a product in the category. Seems pretty simple as I have read the documentation section numerous times. I cleared the Cache as recommended but that does not work.

Any idea where I can find an answer of why products/categories don't show.

If you created your menu by following the tutorial here it should display the products:

Otherwise, it often means that the associated modules to your menu is not set properly. It should be an existing and published products listing module. You can check that in the hikashop options of your menu.
