How and where do i add 2.50€ for Cash on Delivery. ?

You cannot do that for now in HikaShop.

That should be on the next release.

Because in internet selling, people not always trust the internet, people like to pay at the door.

Without this module i lose 70% of incoming.

Is it planned to be made ?

That plugin already exists. It's called "collect on delivery". However, you cannot add a fee for payment methods.

+1 to add the option to be able to setup a fee when the customer chooses "collect on delivery" payment method

It will be possible in next release.
