During Paypal redirection, there was a Paypal image for the button, in the previous versions.
Did you made intentional changes for CSS .hikashop_paypal_end_image ?
Now I have a "Payer maintenant" grey button.

Yes, we changed that because the button was not working for everyone as the images came from paypal servers and could be really slow to load or not load at all.
