Without Payment Receiving Email

Hi

We are using “paypal standard” as a payment method. We are able to successfully punch out to the paypal site. However immediately after punchout to paypal an email about the order is being sent out to the customer placing the order.

We only want the customer to receive an email after he finishes paying. What can we do to make sure the customer receives an email ONLY after he finishes paying on PayPal?

Hi,

Two emails are sent by HikaShop. One when the order is created, before redirecting to the payment gateway. And a second one when the order is confirmed after receiving the payment notification from the payment gateway.
If you don't want the first email, you can just unpublish it via the menu System->Emails (Business edition).
It is called 'order creation notification'.
