Hi, How does the ordering work in Characteristics? there does not appear to have the usual save button which changes and saves the selection, it's the same in your demo as well.

Hi,

I think that you'll just have to :
- Go to "Hikashop->Products->Characteristcs"
- Edit your characteristic
- Change the order of you characteristic's values through the "order" column

Hi, Already tried that and it does not work? there is a SAVE button on other similar functions within Hikashop that changes the order, that button is missing from Characteristics?

Ok,
It works fine on the demo website, the "problem" was coming from your "Characteristics values ordering" through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Display", you should set it to ordering
