Cart Is emptied after user logs in

Hi,

I am having a reasonably irritating problem with a LIVE SITE.

If a new user registers at the checkout, when they click on the confirmation link, their cart gets emptied. Also, when they simply log in, it gets emptied too. Does not seem to occur to the superadmin. And also some products seem to disappear when user logs in.

Very frustrating and quite confusing.

Any help would be appreciated!

I am not able to reproduce the problem on my end, it's working fine.
Are you sure that you have the latest version from our Website ?

Do you have set an access level on some products ? This could explain why they disappear when user logs in.

It could also be that you turned off the HikaShop user plugin which is necessary for the cart to work properly.
