Proceed to Checkout button disappeared

I am setting up my shop - great product BTW but somewhere in this process my "Proceed to Checkout" button in the cart module has disappeared.

What controls the appearance of this button? How do I make it appear again?

PS I have business version.

Doh!
Found it. It was under the hikashop options in the shopping cart module options
