When the order is removed from the cart?

Hi,

Because if the customer chooses to pay by bank transfer
The order is deleted from the cart after the creation

While if the customer chooses to pay via paypal
The order is deleted from the cart only after confirmation

In my opinion it should be uniform.

In the Configuration > #main_cart you can find the option "Clean cart when order is", you can change the value here.

is set to confirmed.

But orders by bank transfer are immediately deleted from the cart when the order is created and not yet confirmed.

is a bug?

In the "bank transfer" plugin parameters, you can change the value of the "Order status" option.

is set to Created (see figure)

but the order is cleared from cart

If you want that the cart is cleared directly at the end of the checkout all the time, you can change the option "Clean cart when order is" to "created" in the Checkout tab of the configuration.

What you write is clear.

but the problem is that with the same configuration, the two plugins behave differently

While order via paypal is deleted from the cart only after confirmation (state: confirmed)

If you set the option to "confirmed", the system will remove the cart when the order is confirmed. However, the bank transfer plugin itself removes the cart after the checkout as that's what you want all the time for offline payment methods like bank transfer.
The option should read like that: "Clean cart when order is" + "confirmed for online payment plugins and created for offline payment plugins". But that's a bit long for the dropdown...
