activation code send back to customer order

i've a shop of software with hikashop

the customer place an order of a software product of which i send to customer an activation code

how can i send back by mail to custromer the recipes of the order or the invoice of the order with the activation code?
is possible to create extra field on the order table?

Hi,

With HikaShop business you can create "order custom fields".
After that, if you want to resend an email in HikaShop, you have to use the status modification popup.
While changing the status of an order, you can check the box "notify customer". At this moment, you would have the email content and you can modify it.

You, so can change the order to "shipped" (without notification) and then to "confirmed" (with notification) in order to resent an email.
