404 error. Pop up window after adding ítem to cart

Hello,

After adding an ítem to the cart I get the popup window but a 404 Not found error inside the box.
The content of the box is not shown.

If the user is registered, the popup works fine.

Can you give us a screenshot of this error, or the message returned by this error ?
Without that we can't really help you.

Unfortunately I had to migrate to another online shop product due to the issues I found with Paypal payments. The hika based shop is not active any longer.
