User cancels payment at PayPal, but order still is was created by mocana
We have a website and are running into an issue where after a user is redirected to pay at PayPal, if they cancel, or close their browser, it still generates an order as if they did pay. We are using SEF urls with .htaccess, would this be the first place to turn off/start?

Hello,

1. Can you show me a screenshot of how did you configured your paypal payment method ? It would help me to know what the problem exactly is :).
2. Can you try it without any SEF module ?

Hi There,

I have the exact same problem with HikaShop.
I tested it for myself, I placed the order, wanted to pay, but at the last second didn't pay the order/closed the window (didn't cancel).

But I got a conformation as if I payd the order...

Goodmorning Mohamed,
It's a Dutch website where you can buy tickets for a Blues Festival
www.sbrr.nl/webshop
We use the Plugin "iDEAL", wich automatically connect with all the Dutch banks.
Than we use also a component "JD iDEAL Gateway" which makes the actual connection.

I am sorry but we can't provide support on iDEAL plugins, we did not know them, we did not develop them.

, because I have the same problem. If customers cancel the paypal payment the order still stays as an order in backend.
