Register step not going further

Thx for looking into it.

But there is still not much changed. Whenever I fill in the registration form, and click 'register', nothing happens..
And that is the only available button.

What am I doin' wrong?

So I just tested it with an other browser (IE), and it is the same result.

I go to webshop > piercingswebshop, I chose a piercing and click 'add to basket'.
No I see a screen with a register form, a paymentselection and the basket.

The only available button is 'register' in the registration form. Nothing like 'next' or 'confirm order' or something at the end of the page.
When I fill in the registration form, and clik 'register', then I get a pagereload but nothing is changed on my page. No 'next button' or confirmation message or whatsoever.

Am I expecting something wrong?

So how do I login instead of register? If I want to order for a second time..
