Product discount based on another product purchase

Does anyone know if HikaShop has this feature:

When a client purchases for example product A, they get x percent discount for another other products they purchase.

If yes, then no.
Otherwise, you can use the integration with acymailing to send automatically an email after an order with a coupon code which they will be able to use in their next order.

Yes I was referring to the same order.

However, with the coupon idea, can the email be taylored to a specific product. That is, can email 1 be sent when product 1 is ordered and email 2 sent when all other products are ordered.

Also, can the coupon be set up automatically to be sent when product 1 is ordered and paid for?

Yes, in acymailing enterprise with the commercial versions of hikashop, you will be able to define two emails (newsletter), one for product 1 and one for the others. You will be able to add a coupon tag in the emails via the tag system and you will also be able to trigger the sending process of the email via the acymailing filters when an order is confirmed.

Ive a question along the sames lines...

Im looking to add a variable discount on products from category B when a product from Category A is bought. Only complication products in category A and B have differing values.

In this exampled, When a TICKET from category A is purchased the cost of DVDs from category B is discounted by the cost of CATEGORY A items...

Has this been done / is it doable?

Any thoughts welcome...

There is no option to do that easily. It's not impossible, but that would require modifications in the core code of HikaShop and not just a few lines of code...
