Product review.

I want to know if hikashop plans to add a feature where customers can write a review about the product they are viewing or their shopping experience or rate the page they are on.

We'll add that yes. We already have that in development on our end. It should be available in january or february.

Otherwise, you can use our integration with JComments which only handles reviews on the product page.

I have hikashop business. I tried downloading the review file in my order detail in hikashop but can not find the file. can you kindly point me to the right direction.

The review file ? What do you mean ?
You can download the HikaShop install package via the menu Your account->Your subscriptions on our website.
We didn't released yet a review system built in HikaShop. As I said in my first post, it will be in January or February.
