Customer data/akeeba sub/hika shop

Hi All. Was wondering if anyone could clarify this for me. I have akeeba subscription, hika shop and the plugin installed. What I would like it to do is simple. When a customer registers and makes a purchase in hika shop, the details automatically get registered in Akeeba. I understand that I have to attach a subscription level to items for sale. How do I do this. The integration plugin is enabled but there is no evidence of it on hikashop. Where would I look. At the moment they don't seem to be connected. Actually all I want to do is collect customer information to send out mailshots etc. Any ideas. Thanks Si

Once the plugin is enabled, when you edit a product you will have a "subscription" option which will have a dropdown of all the subscription levels in akeeba subscriptions. Select one and save. Voilà, the subscription level will then be added automatically to the user when that product is bought (order confirmed).
