New plugin for payment

I am a web developer in Colombia is not working here tamopco paypal or the others plugins. There is a company that is authorized for these payments on line in the country, but do not have hikashop plugin. You could implement development plugin for cart hikashop (Based on the traditional integration PagosOnline)?

This is the manual for the integration of payment method. But I don't know how can I make it work with hikashop.

The development of a payment plugin require several days of work for a developer. It's not something I can do for you in a few hours.
Please contact a developer in order to have it developed for you.

Can I change the button to go to pay for one that provides pagosonline? if possible, what is the code to change.

Anything is possible given enough time and resources. However, that wouldn't be simpler than writing the payment plugin.

It depends on the developer.
When we develop payment plugins we usually charge several hundred euros and it takes 1 week.
However, we won't be able to work on such project in August as some of our staff is in vacation so I encourage you to look for a third party developer in the short term.
