"add" button wont open popup

Hi all,
When im in a product and go to press on any of the add button's no popup shows.
could someone possibly help me.

We don't have that problem.
What browser are you using ?
What if you try with another one ?
What if you clear the cache/cookies of your browser ?
Do you use another backend template than the default one ? In that case, does it work if you switch back to the default one ?

Do you see any javascript error in the JavaScript error console of your browser on that page ?

I have that problem.

My programmer found the reason - System - Best Alias (JavaScript + Jquery + API Google) - a plug-in. At its shutdown - everything works. Conflict!
