fatal error was created by Rene
After an update to the latest hikashop, i (instantly) get this error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function setState() on a non-object in /home/renepwe68/domains/duinenburg.com/public_html/modules/mod_banners/helper.php on line 21

After depublishing the banner module the site is again online

Please help.

Which version of Joomla are you using and which version of PHP do you have ?

We are not able to reproduce the problem on our end.

Please provide a FTP access, a user access and the link to the page with the issue via our contact form so that we can look at that.

Hi,

The problem is not linked to HikaShop or the update of HikaShop.

The folder components/com_banners was missing on your website so the banners module which needs to use the files there couldn't work properly.
