Will HS updates remove custum made columns in db?

Hi.

I am making an plugin for Hika. To function it has to add two columns in hikashop_order. The plugin works great and I have installed it on my local host. Question: Will HS update remove the changes made in database?

Hi there,

There is no reason for Hikashop to delete any added column in the database.
So basically if you're not working on the hikashop column, your new new column should be affected by updates
