Changing 'Choose Options' on the product listing

Hello,

I have a product listing page which shows all my available products, for each products the customer needs to select the date they require. To do this they have to click on the 'choose options' button. I want to change this wording to something more appropriate - I thought it may be in the languages page where I have changed wording before but I cannot seem to find the relevant part to change.

Is it possible to change this?
