How can I have value from user title and user lastname in Order creation notification mail?

I made data->customer->address_title and data->customer->address_lastname
In user account mail it works

How to do in Order creation notification mail?

If you want to directly edit the code of your Order creation notification mail you'll have to do it through "Hikashop->System->Emails->'Order creation notification mail'".

Note that this feature is only available through the business version of Hikashop.
