Creating a 'Resellers' price list

Hi All,

I am fairly new to running HikaShop on my website. I reseller of mine has asked me to set up a members only login where they can purchase their products at a discounted rate instead of ordering them via our email. How would I go about setting up a login for her as well as setting up the specific products and prices for my resellers only?

Hi,

With HikaShop business you can use Joomla ACL on products and product prices.
It means that you can set specific prices for some user groups.
So your resellers who will be assign to a "reseller" group, would have access to specific prices and other customers (not in the reseller group) would have the default price.

You just have to add a price in the product edition page and restrict this price on a certain group.

I just checked and it came up with this " --" and wouldn't let me change it...

You can't edit the access level until the price has been saved.

Here are the steps:

Add the price - you will see "--" beneath Access Level initially
Save the product - you will now see a group icon where the "--" was being displayed
Edit Access Level by clicking on the group icon
Save the product
