Strange domain at registration

Hello, if I call up the registration form directly (not via the shop purchase but redirection via the plugin Redirect Joomla registration to HikaShop plugin) the domain is automatically

moellerstonecare-shop.de/ algen-entfernen-mit-hmk-r162-algen-ex/user/form.html

So the domain is set up via (always the same) product HMK R162. Why is that?

The text "algen-entfernen-mit-hmk-r162-algen-ex" in that URL is not the name / alias of a product. That's the alias of a menu item.
This means that either you didn't enter a menu item id in the settings of the redirect plugin, or you entered an invalid one.
In that case, HikaShop will automatically look for a valid one randomly amongst the available menu items for HikaShop which are public, enabled and for the current language.

I can't understand that. The text "algen-entfernen-mit-hmk-r162-algen-ex" is stored as an alias in both the menu entry



as well as in the product itself.



The corresponding ID was stored in the "Hikashop Registration Redirect Plugin",



which was displayed as a link on the website.



I think the problem must be somewhere else here?

Hi,

From your screenshot, I can see that the menu item with the id 101 is for a Joomla page.
In the item id setting of the plugin, you need to enter the id of a menu item of one of the type of HikaShop ( a products listing menu item or a checkout menu item, etc). If the system deems the id you entered there as not a valid (not bieng of one of the type of the menu items for HikaShop would be the case), it will randomly select one for you instead so that the URL still works and it doesn't generate a 404 error when you click on that link.
So basically means that it's not 101 that you want to enter there but another menu item id.

Okay I see. Have created a menu item with the Hika registration and changed the ID. Works correctly now. Thanks!
