Error in orders total

Error in orders total was created by vaclav
Hello,

I have a problem with calculating total order cost. HikaShop calculates wrong total amount for the order total when there are more than one product in the order. See attached picture for more details (HikaShop order details in administration - printscreen)

How to solve this error?

Hi vaclav,

Have you edited some views ? Or installed plugins which don't come from HikaShop ?

Check if in the frontend, control_panel > Orders, the unordered product appear.

thanks for your reply.

Yes, the products appear in the frontend. I havent installed any plugins. All plugins installed came with HikaShop or Joomla installation.

There are some problems with the detailed tax calculations when you change order information on the back end.

Please turn off the option "display detailed tax" in the Display tab of the configuration (you don't need it anyway) and it should work properly for new orders.
We'll fix that in next release so that it works when that option is turned on.

I turned Detailed tax display off but the problem still remains.

I think I will reinstall whole web as I dont know what to do with it..

Did you create the order from the front end via the checkout ?
Or you created on the front end ?

After turning off that option, did you try with a NEW order, and not the one which already had the prices wrongly modified ?

I tried a new order from front end via checkout - as a regular customer and it still adds random product into the order. But the random product is shown only in back end in order review. The customer does not know something was added. The total price is calculated correctly for only the products customer ordered.

I thought that your problem was that the tax calculation was not correct based on your first message. But you're now saying that it's not the case, but that the problem comes from a random product being added to the order, is that right ?
Could you do some screenshots of that problem ?

Yes, thats right. In the confirmation e-mail there appeared this error message:
Warning: sprintf() [function.sprintf]: Too few arguments in /var/www/myweb.cz/html/libraries/joomla/methods.php on line 320
