Blank pages

I added Paypal standard and it works. I added OKpay and if a user buys something they get a normal order page where they can select Credit card and click "next". They then get the same page again and if they click "next" again they get a blank page. If they go back to the previous page and try again they get an order page with an empty cart. They do, however, get the order created email even though they have not had the chance to pay.

Any clues as to what I should be looking for?

The problem is maybe coming from your OKpay URL field, are you using this URL : " www.okpay.com/process.html " ?

Yes, I left the standard " www.okpay.com/process.html " URL that was already set in the module. All I changed was my wallet ID for the account. I have double checked the Wallet ID by cutting and pasting it from OKpay to the module.

I would recommend to turn on the debug mode and the error reporting options of the joomla configuration and try again.
That should display an error message instead of a blank page and help us understand what is going on.

If you don't have the last Hikashop version (2.2.0) try to update and tell us if you still encounter this issue.

tnx:) after update i see button for OkPay (empty button without any image or text) in next release add text to button: Checkout with OKPAY or something antother:)


PS.for latest version joomla dont show updates warning for hika

upd. not exist (/assets/images/button.png) way for checkout OKPay button image in okpay_end.php

on my site i have this in css: ("site_name/plugins/hikashoppayment // assets/images/button.png") no-repeat scroll left top transparent

About the update in joomla 3 it works but we didn't activated the auto update since this version just has been released and we need some feedback before making it official.

Im change path in php file to my own way for bg image - all work)

PS. maybe button was and work in previous version hika but i think button was invisible because wrong path to image

The path seems wrong from a long time. I can't find any "okpay asset" in HikaShop.
The plugin has been developed by "DigitalArtJoomla", I guess that when we received the plugin source to integrate it, the assets where missing or we didn't add it without modify the "end" view.

I fixed the view (by removing the complete CSS for the button), it will be include in the next package.
