Joomla 3 finds false update again

Looks like the update "bug" is back.

Joomla 3 just found an update to version 2.0.0 for my already installed joomla 2.0.0 install. Could not update either internally. When going to about us / update i neither get the green message that i'm using the latest version, nor do i get a warning that a new version is available. However joomla does find one

Do you access to your website using the right (and official) url or do you use an modified hostname ?
If you open your private update link with your browser, you would see the error message.

no modified hostname. I've got a feeling its that different but not different thing again where joomla finds "updates" that arent actually updates, but where it justs sees the installed one is different from the one it sees. Because after i installed the new 2.0.0 build that was created (partially) for another bug i reported at www.hikashop.com/en/forum/3-bug-report/7...ment-config-bug.html joomla no longer finds an update.

So it would seem that it flagged the update 2.0.0 for my currently installed 2.0.0 only because it was slightly different, because the one it found had that bugfix and the one currently installed obviously didn't. The about us / update page also notifies now that i'm using the latest stable version 2.0.0

Looks like it, joomla doesnt find any updates atm. I'd be happy to send you administrator details if you need to check stuff

I'm waiting on v2.0.1 anyway to see if another "issue" i reported with the statistics widget & translations will be fixed

There is no update for the moment so I think it's logical that joomla does not find any update.

We are working on issues on statistics widget. It should be fixed soon.
