Payment Log File empty

Hi,
when I click in the configuration/files "See the report" button of the payment log file, it's empty.
I get the message "The log file is empty /var/www/vhosts/____.com/httpdocs/media/com_hikashop/upload/safe/logs/report_payment.log"

Do you have an idea ?

Hi,

The payment log report is field by payment plugin only if the debug mode is activated.
So, if your payment log is empty, it maybe not a real problem.

After that, if your payment plugin is in debug mode and your log is empty, you could check permissions on the file, see if Joomla can write.
