Images not showing or disappeared

Yes, it seems when I was testing import my images disappeared. I am not sure if this is the reason? the image names are showing when you click on image. I read in forum you can delete thumbnails to regenerate or edit a file in display views. Please confirm correct way. Thank You

This means that the system doesn't find the images in the folder media/com_hikashop/upload
You should check that folder via FTP.
