Administration Menu Shows as TEXT???? Joomla 3.1

Just updated Joomla to 3.1 and everything works fine even HIKASHOP except the fact the ADMIN menu has turned to plain text..

how can i fix this fast

I think that this is a joomla issue, but can you change your back-end template for example and test it again ?

I tried changing template didn't work so i done a database bkup, uninstalled HIKA shop, removed all tables and re-installed worked a treat... but i now have a problem can get all products back but orders i have no way off importing back to HIKASHOP

There is no need to reinstall or change anything in the template.
You simply had to change the option "menu position" from "below the title" to "above the content" as it is not compatible with the two default backend templates of Joomla 3.x.
I would recommend to go back to your backup from before removing everything and just change that option. It will be way easier than trying to put back everything.
