no image after import

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.2.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.16

hello i trying to import product with variante and image
=> product / variant price ... all works
but images not ... it create image but default image
1 i have a column image in my csv
2 i add image name inside it
3 i add same image in media/com_hikashop/upload
i don't understand why it doesn't works

Hi,

Did you check the "upload folder" setting of your HikaShop configuration ?
By default that value is "images/com_hikashop/upload" and not "media/com_hikashop/upload".
If you upload your images in a folder different from the one where HikaShop is looking for them, you would end up with the problem you described.
