How to enable HikaShop to use SMTP authorisation?

Hello Everyone,

The hosting company I am using to run my website and HikaShop is going to disable PHPMail function brcause of the huge ammount of spamming scripts hosted on their servers.

I am really looking forward to finding the solution for HikaShop to use SMTP authorization while seding notifications to customers and admin regarding new orders and status changes.

Hi,

HikaShop uses your joomla email sending method. If you configure joomla to use SMTP, HikaShop will also use SMTP automatically. You can configure the joomla email sending method in the configuration of joomla.
