Prefix on zipcodes for shippingmethods

I want to set the shippingcost to 90€ if the zipcode starts with 10, 15, 16, 17, 30, 31

Can i use the prefix field and enter 10*;15*;16*;17*;30*;31*

You need to create 3 manual shipping methods and set them like that (provided that you have 6digits zip codes):
min zip code 100000 and max zip code 109999
min zip code 150000 and max zip code 179999
min zip code 300000 and max zip code 319999
