Free Shipping on Items over $99

My clients want to allow for Free Shipping on all items over $99. How do I set this up?

You need to go in the menu System->Shipping methods. There, for the shipping methods that you already have setup, you need to set a maximum order price of 99. Then, in the manual shipping method plugin, you need to create a new shipping method with a minimum order price of 99 and that will do it.

Thanks so much...Worked perfect. Now I am setting up the taxes. The clientneeds to charge 7% sales tax only to customers in FL. Everywhere else (outside of Florida) she doesn't need to charge tax. I am having trouble setting this up.
