Size not showing in our order email or anywhere

Hi There,

On our site: www.bandsforhim.com - Can also cannot see the ring size when a customer places in order. It is not in our email notification?

Any idea where this can be located?

Hi,

That's because you turned off the option "Append characteristics value to product name" in the configuration. If you turn it on, the size will be displayed
