Different shipping charges based on weight SOLVED was created by 1fcb
Hi, is there a possibility to calculate a shipping charge based on the weight of purchased products in relation to the address? Im my case I charge 7 € flat for German shipments, 17 € flat for EU shipments but for worldwide shipments I would like to charge according to DHL worldwide tariffs. Up to 5 kg: x Euro, 5-10: y, and so on. I probably can do this with the manual shipment plug-in, however then the customer gets all the options and might select the wrong one, not knowing which weight is correct. I would like to show only the correct option based on weight and address. Is this possible (I have the business version if there are differences).

Hi.
Yes, that's possible with the manual shipping method.
The customers won't get all of them. Just the ones relevant to the cart.
If you see all of them, it means that they are not configured properly
In your manual shipping methods, you can set a zone, a minimum weight and a maximum weight. Then, the shipping method will only display if the weight of the cart is between these values and if the address of the user is in that zone.
