Cant get rid of VAT in order emails

Hello,

Is there a reason why the VAT is showing up in the refunded, shipped and cancelled emails, but not in the order created and confirmation?

I have changed VAT to GST in the languages, and have also tried deleting it...

There are several language strings for VAT. Make sure that you change them all in your translation override.
