Text in Cart

Hello, I would like to add some text to the cart like a custom html module, but only show up in the shopping cart. Just a short message stating the tax will be added in PayPal. Is this possible.

Yes, that's possible.

You can do that by editing the file "cart" of the view "product" (for the cart module) or of the view "checkout" (for the cart on the checkout) via the menu Display->Views and add your text directly at the beginning.

I am not sure where to put the text. Is this the file I should be changing? Can you show me were to add some text.
