Cart personalisation

Are there configuration parameters to personalize the cart price display,
or should it be only done in view checkout / listing_price.php ?

For example, when I have discounted articles, the are displayed 90€ [strike]100€[/strike] in the catalogue.
But once they are added to cart, they are confusingly displayed with a unit and total price without VAT on discounted price : 75.25€ instead of 90€ chosen by the customer.

For the price display on the cart, if you want it with taxes, you can either edit that file, or do like that:
