removing manufacturers from search

Hi, I have a question, how do I remove the option to search manufacturers from search results and remove that option. My client does not want any manufacturers details shown anywhere in the front end of the website.

Hi,

You could disable the HikaShop category search plugin.
However, you won't see the categories anymore in the search if you do that.
We'll do a release before next week and we'll add an option in the plugin to search only on categories.

One last thing, this client does not want any mention anywhere of "manufacturers" in the front end of her website, I have never noticed anything, but is there any way that visitors can see a list of manufacturers at all in the front end?
